Hazelnut Dressing

Hazelnut Dressing as seen on BinnensteBuiten

Ingredients:

  • 25 g Mushroom Garum
  • 25 g maple syrup
  • 25 g cold, mild espresso
  • 15 g white balsamic vinegar
  • 35 g hazelnut oil
  • 25 g finely chopped roasted hazelnuts
  • A small amount of grated bergamot zest

Instructions:

  1. Combine ingredients: Pour all ingredients into a bowl.
  2. Mix carefully: Use a whisk to gently combine the ingredients. Avoid using a hand blender, as the dressing should remain light and unbound.
  3. Serving suggestions: This dressing is delicious with raw or roasted vegetables, fish, or meat.
