Black Garlic Dip

Ingredients:

  • 5 tbsp Black Garlic Garum
  • 1 tbsp chili oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped spring onion
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • (Optional) A pinch of sugar

How to Prepare the Dip:

  1. Combine the ingredients: Mix the Black Garlic Garum, chili oil, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
  2. Add the spring onion: Stir in the finely chopped spring onion as the final step for a fresh touch.

How to Serve the Dip:

Use the dip to accompany dumplings or other snacks.
