
Black Garlic Dip

Ingredients:
- 5 tbsp Black Garlic Garum
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp finely chopped spring onion
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- (Optional) A pinch of sugar
How to Prepare the Dip:
- Combine the ingredients: Mix the Black Garlic Garum, chili oil, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
- Add the spring onion: Stir in the finely chopped spring onion as the final step for a fresh touch.
How to Serve the Dip:
Use the dip to accompany dumplings or other snacks.
