
Hazelnut Dressing as seen on BinnensteBuiten

Ingredients:
- 25 g Mushroom Garum
- 25 g maple syrup
- 25 g cold, mild espresso
- 15 g white balsamic vinegar
- 35 g hazelnut oil
- 25 g finely chopped roasted hazelnuts
- A small amount of grated bergamot zest
Instructions:
- Combine ingredients: Pour all ingredients into a bowl.
- Mix carefully: Use a whisk to gently combine the ingredients. Avoid using a hand blender, as the dressing should remain light and unbound.
- Serving suggestions: This dressing is delicious with raw or roasted vegetables, fish, or meat.
